Oh fuck that. I say you get on here or get a Livejournal or somewhere you can write and just pour your heart out into it. Scream, ramble, go on and on, do whatever you want with those words as long as they make you feel better.
Or maybe you should find someone close to you that you can trust and talk to about everything. Make sure they are someone you trust or something could happen like with me, they may end up turning around and telling a family member about your thoughts which could lead to some serious humiliation and threats. (FUCK YOU, SAMANTHA.) XD
For me, my releasement from it all and what made me feel better was to surround myself with my friends and people I know care about me. Find people who can make you laugh and can keep your mind off all the stressful shit going on around you. When I laugh, I forget and forgetting is the most beautiful feeling in the world.
If you ever need anything, Luci, you know I'm only an IM away. Don't be afraid to ask me for anything. If you want to scream, bitch, or rant, my ears are always open. ^^
